All content on this website — guides, tools, text, images — is provided for informational and personal use. We take care to keep it accurate and useful, but we make no guarantee that every detail is complete or current at all times. Morocco changes; we update when we can.
Purchases & Refunds
All products sold by Travel Readz are digital — guides, maps, calculators, and bonus materials. Because digital products are delivered immediately on purchase, all sales are final as a default.
That said, we're not interested in unhappy customers. If you have a genuine issue — a file that won't open, content that wasn't as described, a technical problem on our end — contact us at support@travelreadz.com and we'll resolve it. We handle every case individually.
We don't offer refunds purely on the basis of "changed my mind" for digital products. If there's a real problem, we'll fix it or make it right.
Use of Website
You may use the Travel Readz website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our content or products without prior written permission.
You may not use the site in any way that disrupts its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or violates any applicable local, national, or international law.

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own travel purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the content publicly — in whole or in part — without our explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our guides contain practical advice and local recommendations based on real knowledge of Morocco. However, travel inherently involves uncertainty — prices change, places close, conditions evolve. Travel Readz cannot be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from decisions made based on our content.
In all cases, our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not responsible for third-party services — transport, accommodation, or activities — referenced in our materials.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If we make a material change that significantly affects your rights as a customer, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing buyers by email.
